it is opened and i only used it only twice but i really don't care for it since it won't fit with the bumper that i'm gonna get in a cupple day's if they don't give me my money back that's fine ill take store credit as well.

You can, but I think they will charge a 10% restocking fee, which would only be about $3.

FWIW, the Universal dock works with the iPhone 4 with the bumper on, you might want to try that.
 
Apple Stores only charge restocking fees on computers, iPods, iPads, and displays. (I may be missing an item, but the restocking fee is only for major Apple products with serial numbers.) No restocking fee for your dock. Hooray! Just remember to return it within 14 days of your original purchase.
