Can I run a non-flashed GTX 760 + a Mac 7300 for boot screen?

Hi. Can I run those 2 cards in my Mac Pro 2009 simultaneously? Can I deactivate the 7300 in 10.10 and Windows 7 and just use it for the boot screen by switching the monitor to the secondary input and then back to primary input (GTX760) as soon as the OS loads?
