Can I run an LG 34UC97 monitor alongside a late 2013 15 inch MBP?

As the title states

I have a high end late 2013 15 inch MBP with the dedicated GPU. Can I run an LG 34UC97 (basically the 34 inch screen, but curved) and also use my built in 15 inch display?

I do a lot of spreadsheets for work, and the screen real estate would be fantastic, and then i can run my other apps on the MBP screen.

Would I get the full 60hz refresh rate + full resolution doing it this way?

I'm guessing you could push it at 30Hz and full resolution. It has an odd native resolution that is definitely higher than 2560 x 1440, so I can't say for certain. My guess though is 30 Hz.
