I added a bunch of loops from itunes using Garageband (5 loop) and made it into a one nice techno beat.
Now the question is can i LEGALY sell it?
Please note that i only used Apple loops mixed together, I did not add anything i made nor did i sing.
Thanks Guys!

Read the EULA.

i. GarageBand/Jam Pack Software. You may use the Apple and third party audio loop content ("Audio Content"), contained in or otherwise included with the GarageBand/Jam Pack Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Audio Content, however, individual samples, sound sets, or audio loops may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound libraries, sound effects or music beds.

You sure?

Says:
individual samples, sound sets, or audio loops may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound libraries, sound effects or music beds.

However all i did was mix a bunch of samples together.. Is that legal to sell?
