Hi, I have an upgrade available on my at&t account. I can buy a 32gb 3gs for $300. I noticed that they are selling in the $600-$700 range. Can I buy one from at&t and then just sell it?

Yes, but your contract will be extended another 2 years.

Also, your upgrade eligibility (Depending on your account) will be anywhere from 1yr-2years.
Meaning, no subsidized phones in that time. If yours break, you have to pay retail (For iPhone that's $499/$599/$699)
