Can I set Finder to open my "Downloads" folder when opening?

I hate that when I open Finder it opens the folder All My Files, I want it to open my Downloads folder is this possible to change?

If it has not changed in OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, then Finder > Preferences (CMD+,) > General > New Finder windows open: and so on.
