Can I share a video to another Iphone?

let's say I have a video I downloaded, and synced to my Iphone. However if I want to share that video with another Iphone, am I able to take that Iphone, connect it to my computer and just add that video without messing with anything else? It's a TV show and not a video bought on ITunes.
