iPhone 12 Pro Can I share contacts from iPad to my iPhone?

I have reset my iPhone 12 Pro and upon completion I lost some contacts that were on the phone but are still on my iPad.

Im unsure why, how can I get them all back please?

Could it be to do with different accounts as in they are from my work side as they are the ones missing?

If they’re saved on iCloud then everything should appear. If you have multiple accounts then ensure you’re logged in to all the accounts exactly the same way as you have them on your iPad.

If you go into the Settings app. Open mail then accounts. Click Add Account. Then you can add any missing accounts. When an account is added you'll get options of what to sync. You can leave it at the default of everything or just sync contacts.

In my experience, really old versions of iOS won't sync with the newer versions
