Can I Sign up for Apple Upgrade Plan Online?

Until today, i told myself i was happy with my 6 Plus i've had for 2 years now. But i decided i'd like to get a 7 Plus. Am i able to apply for the program Online?

Do i even stand a chance in getting a phone ( not set on a certain color ) when i have to apply for the apple program first?

Shouldn't be. Even in store last year it was really fast. Same as a loan app, it gives results instantly on their machines. So online should be the same. This will be first year of offering it online so hopefully no snags.
