Can I still get a subsidy from AT&T?

I keep hearing that att isn't doing subsidies anymore. I went to see what happens when you preorder and I only see options for att next or paying full price for the phone.

I'm on a family plan and I only pay about $58 a month. In the past I just resigned a 2 year agreement and got the phone for $299. Is that still possible?

Order from at&t website, can do a 2 year contract there.
