Can I Still Get My Phone Serviced?

Since I installed 1.1.1 the day it came out people have been saying they cannot hear or understand me over the phone. Before installing 1.1.1 I had apptapper's installer installed and put a few games, themes, etc on the phone. I was scared of bricking when updating to 1.1.1 while having apps on there, so I did a factory restore of 1.0.2 before 1.1.1 came out.

My question is, is there still evidence of third party apps (or files, like themes or roms) on the phone if I take it to apple for service?

There may be but just stop worrying about it and take it in for replacement or repair.

The reason I even ask is if there is a way eliminate any possibility of them denying the warranty service I would like to prevent that.

Found this:

If you choose to restore, all data is erased from iPhone or iPod touch, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, calendar information, and any other data. All iPhone or iPod touch settings are restored to their factory condition.

So, I guess "any other data" is erased when you do a restore,
