Can I still keep Verizon's Unlimited Data Plan?

I have a family plan, 2 lines for smartphones, and one for feature phone.
The feature phone line has upgrade, which I can transfer to my wife's smartphone line(30dollar for 2GB Data Plan) and order iphone 5.
After activating the phone, maybe I can transfer it to my primary line(Unlimited Data) and my wife uses her existing iphone 4s?
Does this work???

Also, can you do upgrade transfer from one to another line at BESTBUY?
I have some giftcards, so i prefer to get it there.
