Maybe a silly question. However can I still use my current Apple charger that I got with my XR with the new iPhone 12 mini? I know it will still be at the standard 5W charging speed. However I am just wondering. Before I have to end up paying for a new charger.

Thanks in advance,

Miyagi

Yes, any USB power supply and lightning cable will work fine with it. The phone ships with a USB-C to lightning cable but you can leave it in the box and just use your existing cables. The phone will charge faster using either a 2.4A 5V USB charger or a USB-C PD charger but will equally charge fine with a good ol' 5V 1A charger 😊

Thank you and everyone for the replies. I will save myself money then and just use my existing charger and cable that I have with my XR. I don’t need faster charging and am happy to just leave my iPhone on charge at night as I am doing currently.

Yup yup yup. Slow charging 5w. But thats my plan of charging at night. Then occasionally fast charge during the day if every needed.

Hey all. So after some thinking. I decided that I might as well order a faster charger. So order the faster charger. So ordered the Anker Nano USB C Charger. Anyone had any experience with this charter and brand in terms of how the quality is like?
