Hi,

I tried searching the forum to see if anyone had asked this before and found nothing related (at least using the terms:personal, documents, files and storage).

Here's my question: Can one store files (i.e. pdfs or .doc) on the ipod?

I give private music lessons from my home, and use safari for youtube, itunes for song retrieval, and Mail for sending handouts. The new place I'll teach at has wifi, so I'm hoping an ipod Touch will suffice instead of a laptop.

Maybe with 3.0? Maybe with 3G? Maybe now already?

Your input is most appreciated

Tim

You can with some apps. Air Sharing is one of them. File Magnet, Wifi Disk are others.

There might be a way in 3.0 coming to do this, but it isn't yet in the betas so maybe/maybe not.

You can, but only over WiFi that is an internet connection (you cannot share over a local network w/out internet).
