Can I stream this...?

I listen to this URL -- http://scanner.redirectme.net:8000/yakima -- from my mac through iTunes or quicktime. When I try to go to this URL through safari on my iphone it loads up the quicktime player like its going to play and then says "This movie could not be played." Here is another link to the same thing -- icy://scanner.redirectme.net:8000/yakima --

I guess is it possible to play this live feed through my iPhone??
