Can I swap memory?

I have 2 VESA iMac's arriving next week, tracking shows them leaving China now direct to Dubai. I have a 32GB kit for one which is the main machine from OWC. Can I take the original 8GB from this machine and add it to the 8GB in the other machine without issue?
