Can I sync just iCal to iPhone 4s if iPhone synced with my regular pc not my new iMac

I have my iPhone 4s synced to my pc, on my new iMac I've spent hours using the ical app to fill in my years trips and schedule, can i sync this only to my iPhone 4s even if the iPhone 4s is paired with my normal pc for all music, apps etc.

I just want to get the ical replicated onto my iphjone 4s as its got detailed info, I've never paired the iPhone with my new iMac its always been my regular pc.

Set up iCloud on your Mac and iPhone, and whenever you edit something on either device, the other should update without ever having to physically sync with the computer.
