Can I sync my podcasts from my phone within my iTunes on my iMac?

If so, how do I do this? I have a bunch of podcast episodes i'm listening to over my phone some unplayed, some played halfway through etc how can I sync up that data over to my iMac?

I am subscribed to this podcast via my iPhone and iPad and everything is synced up there but when I look at it on my iTunes im not subscribed?!
