Can I synch iPad, PC and Android phone?

Hey everyone, I just started using iPad synched with my Mac using iCloud. Now I have a PC too, wich I wasnt planing on using iCloud on it. But I do also have a Android phone, wich I believe can be sicnhed to a PC using their specific software. So I am wondering, since a PC can sycnh with icloud too, can I have everything synched together?

BTW, my phone is a Sony Xperia Neo

Honestly speaking, all I would like to synch is the "Contacts", so if I enter a phone number on my phone, it appears on my Mac/iPad, and vice versa.

Easiest thing is to use gmail. It can sync to apple and android and pc alike.

I just need PHONE NUMBERS to snych. I want to add number on my Mac, and have it appearing on my iPad and Android phone.

Using Gmail will sync your contacts, calendar, and mail. We use it at the office where everyone has their own favorite platform. It's fast & easy.
