Can I tap into optical bay's power to power a 2nd 7950 card

My system is a MP5,1.

The Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 for Mac requires two power cables. There are only two power sockets on the backplane. This means, on the face of it only one 7950 can be installed with power. I'm assuming there's power cable going to the Optical bay, so I'm thinking this may be a way to get power to a 2nd 7950. Is my thinking correct or is there a better way without installing an additional PSU ?
