Can I tether an Ipad to my Iphone's unlimited ATT data plan?

I already use an App called Tether, to access the internet on my laptop while travelling, but is there a similar solution for an Ipad?

Tether was actually sold through the App Store for 24 hours before Apple pulled it. There is no fee to use it; just the cost of purchasing, which was $14.99

Not sure if I would want to jailbreak the Ipad at this moment though.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Your options are jailbreak iPhone , or dropping your unlimited plan
