General Can I transfer bookmarks from iPad to iPhone via SSH?

Where are the bookmarks located and could I just drag and drop it wouldn't muck up anything?

I am asking because I restored my phone as new and want my bookmarks transferred over. Signing in with iCloud didnt do the trick.
