Can I trust cheap Final Cut Studio on Craigslist?

I found two craigslist posts in LA where people are selling Final Cut Studio for $25 or $60, like in the following link. (The other one got flagged for removal!)

Although they say the softwares are in full retail version, can they really be trusted?

I mean, who can I trust? Ebay, Amazon, other online stores?

If you read the MR Guides and search the forums you'll find quite a few threads on this issue and plenty of information and warnings about buying and/or selling on Craigslist.

What sounds too good, usually isn't. Sounds very fishy to me. It has been removed too.

Why don't you buy it from Apple? Resellers like Amazon are reliable

software is tough because you can't really test it out. probably best to get it somewhere you pay with a credit card so you have some recourse if it's not authentic.

As both are flagged for removal they were both scams and read the guides ggj studios has in his post
