Carrier Can I trust iphoneimei.info to unlock my iphone?

I'm new here, and before of all I want to introduce myself.
I'm Cristian from Romania.

I purchased an iPhone 4s 2 weeks ago, but is locked to AT&T United States.
I searched on internet the best price for unlock this phone, and i found iphoneimei.info who ask me 75$ for unlocking my iPhone.
Should I trust this source? I saw they are so popular on the internet for checking carrier and other things, but for unlocking I can't find some substantial things. Cand you help me? Thank you guys.

Personally I would go to your carrier, piece of mind is what you will get at least.

You pay a bit more but at least you know it's official.

Visit the local phone repair shops or try talking to iStyle or Noumax ; both are authorized Apple resellers.
A friend of mine unlocked a 4S locked on Verizon USA for 100RON ($31) at a local phone repair shop in Oradea.
As you live in Romania too, I suggest doing this. It's a pain to have your phone unlocked via ATT if you live in another country.

I have a suspition that he unlocked when the AT&T prices was down all the world. Am I right? Anyway... I'l go to iStyle to see what they told to me. Keep in touch.

He unlocked at a local phone repair shop in Oradea.
In which city do you live ?

I live in Bucharest. I sent an email to iStyle and NouMax and they told me that they can't unlock phones.
