Can i turn an eMac into my scan/fax/print hub?

I have a 1.25 eMac.

it says it has a "Jump" modem on it, can I turn this into a fax machine?

I already have a scanner hooked up to it, and I'm sure I will have no problems getting my printer hooked up to it.

Any ideas?
