can i turn my iphone into a "bluetooth headset" of another phone?

is there an application that make it possible that iphone will receive calls that are made to another cellphone (that can be used with bluetooth headset)?

if there is not such thing, can i just receive "push notification" messege that tells me i have incoming call to my another phone?

i miss many calls of my other phone when i am in the bus, listening to music.
