Can I turn my MacBook into a wireless backup drive?

My late 2006 MacBook has been lying around doing nothing for the past six months. I feel like it's time to change that. Is there any way for me to set it up as my old MacBook to be my wireless Time Machine drive?

An external drive is better suited to that. It's not a good idea to have another computer writing to your internal hard drive, even if you could.
