Can I Unlock 3GS bb 15.14.02 ios 4.1

I know a little bit more than nothing about unlocking iphones. I checked out some websites- IMEI and software dload approaches. Are these legit? Can anyone put me through the steps to unlock the little beast. I'm in India currently with decent wifi.

I think you mean 5.14.02, if thats the case you have to update to the iPad baseband to unlock. Can mess with your GPS apparently.
