Can I unlock the iPhone 5 if I pay for the ETF?

Hi!

I have a question, I ordered the iPhone 5 16GB on a secondary line that I have. And I was wanting to know that if I pay for the $325 ETF, will I be able to unlock the phone? And if I can't unlock the phone will I be able to sell the phone to another AT&T customer if I pay the ETF?

I know I still will be responsible for the first month's bill which will be $29.99 + taxes & fees.

I have a family plan which means additional lines $9.99 plus the $20 300MB.

So that brings my total to about $590 approximately. ($199(phone price)+$325(ETF)+$29.99(First Month's Bill)+$36(Upgrade Fee))

Due to an unforeseen financial circumstance I need to sell the phone.

Go with what the last post said. return it pay the restocking fee and your done.. if you sell on ebay they will charge you a final value fee and then paypal will charge you so that's at least 50 bucks there... unless your selling on CL.
