Can I update my iPod Touch now?

I have a third generation Touch running iOS 4.0 which was jailbroken with jailbreakme. It's mainly used for Sky Mobile TV with TVOut Mirror TVOut.
Can I now upgrade to 4.31 and if so what is the best method? I have a Mac computer.

not that much different from updating an iPhone...

update to 4.3.1 thru iTunes, then run the new redsn0w

Thanks guys. I also have an iPhone and regularly check this forum. I didn't realise there was a separate one for the Touch devices.

Sorry, I know this is in the wrong forum but it looks like I've messed up. I updated through iTunes but it only went to 4.2.1 and it seems Redsn0w can't update this untethered. Is there anything I can do? Can I even go back to where I was before I started this (4.0 jailbroken)? Any help much appreciated.
