Can I update my video card?

I would like to know if I can upgrade the video card on my MacBook 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo (black one)

I have not done much game playing and have just used the Aspyr Game Agent. Some of the games say my video card (Intel) is not supported and that I would need (ATI) Radeon 7500 or (NVidia) GeForce2MX. Can I upgrade to these?

No, you cannot upgrade the GPU in your MacBook. It's integrated with the logic board of the computer, and is not a user-serviceable part.
