Can I update to newer iOS and jailbreak again?

Hey guys,
I am on 4.3.2, iphone 3gs. Can i update my iOS to 4.3.3 or any newer ios ver. in the future if there's an untethered jailbreak for it? Like now, there's untethered for 4.3.3 and i'm on 4.3.2 and i want to update to 4.3.3 without restoring my iphone, jus update and jailbreak. Will my apps be gone or not working or spoilt? Will anything happen to my iphone in anyway? Please help thanks

Just update through iTunes to the newest firmware. Your phone will be intact minus the jailbreak which will be gone. Jailbreak again using the new Redsn0w 4.3.3 untethered.

You always have a chance of losing data when you update. That's why you should always back up your data before you do upgrades, JB, etc. You should also back up your data once a week, but whatever.
