I have pulled out my old PowerBook G4, 1.25GHz, 2 GB RAM... and wiped it out and did a reinstall of the original OS disc, and did the updates to 10.2.8. I would like to use this for Microsoft Office 2008, and states I need at least 10.4.9 installed. Is this possible to do with the machine, and if so.... what is the best possible way to go about it. Thanks a ton and a bunch. ....

All you need to do is get a Leopard install disc. You can either wipe it again or upgrade Jaguar to Leopard. Simple.
