how to upgrading from my untethered 3.2.1 jailbreak on my iPad to a untethered 4.2.1?

my cydia on the top have shsh 4.3.5, but my os is 3.2

I'm pretty sure this is not possible since you only have 4.3.5 shsh's saved. You need 4.3.3 shsh's (or 4.3.0 and I think 4.3.1 work with the beta jailbreak that william leaked on this forum).

You're positive Cydia doesn't have blobs for those? With a 3.2.1 jb, that would mean you would have never run Cydia even one time during the 2-3 months before 4.3.4 was released.

the shsh is more than just a file and it is unique to each device (meaning you can't use someone else's shsh). it is generated using an signature key which theoretically would take years of computing power to decrypt. if you didn't request the blob when 4.3.3 was being signed, you're out of luck.

however, the ipad1 has an exploit which relies on hardware. there are tethered JB's available for versions later than 4.3.3
