Can i upgrade from 9.3.3 to 10.2?

I can only see updates for 10.2.1 which is currently unsupported for jb.
is there ANY way i could upgrade to 10.2 right now?

Also if I can't, am I missing much by continuing to use 9.3.3 jailbreak instead of the 10.2 jailbreak?

No way to upgrade to 10.2 now. I'd advise staying put where your at if being jailbroken is important to you.
