Hi! I got Macbook Pro Retina Late 2013 using Intel i5 2.2Ghz and 4Gb Ram. With my spec i should upgrade Mac Sierra or stay El Capitan? Thanks so much!

You can, but when I had a Mac mini 2014, I stayed on OS X 10.11 all the way until I got my current MacBook Pro which forced me onto Sierra.

I'm in a similar boat as you insofar I keep postponing upgrading to Mojave. Sad Apple days these are.
