There is an ifixit tutorial on how to go dual drive, if you Google for it. Not as simple as a RAM upgrade, not massively difficult but it depends on how confident you feel!

Take a look at this video from OWC: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=jSA65MjfRG8 It's the same for the 2012 model.
