can i upgrade the ram on 10.4.11 macbook pro?

i have a macbook pro version 10.4.11 and i am wanting to beef it up a little as i want to add cs4 suite to it, is this possible? below are the details of the mac:

Yes.

You can upgrade to a maximum of 2GB (2 sticks of 1GB DDR2, PC-5300, 667MHz)

Where can you find such ram? Is it worth it?
