My Wi-Fi is persistently not working. It's not an intermittent issue or something, it simply won't connect and I know it needs a restore.

3.2.1 has wifi-fixes and I want to be on that version. iTunes is only letting me update to 3.2.2, thereby killing my jailbreak.

Before I upgrade to 3.2.2 to get my Wi-Fi back, anyone got any solutions?

If you pushed "make my life easier" in Cydia, it may have saved your SHSH for 3.2.1. If it has, you can restore to 3.2.1.

How?
I have pointed my PC at the fake gs.apple.com (74.208.10.249). I have put my iPad into recovery mode. Yet iTunes pops up that it's going to recover my iPad back to the latest version, and a dialog box confirms my worst fear:

iOS 3.2.2 Software Update for iPad

YIKES!

I don't want 3.2.2, I want 3.2.1. I have definitely stored my SHSH 3.2.1 on Cydia's server and it confirms that fact any time I go into Cydia.

How do I recover back to 3.2.1, the version I'm currently on, the version I was originally on when I bought it, and the version that Cydia backed up my SHSH to?

Edit: Solved the problem. Documented here.
