I wouldnt...I have heard different things, comex said its fine, but musclenerd says hold off, so I would hold off
If you've backed up your SHSH you can (I just upgraded). If you're not backed up, then don't. If you don't know what backing up your SHSH blobs means, then don't upgrade.

Ok I'll be civil with you. In my honest opinion... "NO" I wouldn't update although the latest update does not change the baseband like everyone thought they would.
Secondly, don't start another thread when you can look around for some answers. Its just too much clutter.
