Can I upgrade to a 6s on AT&T next?

I currently have an iPhone 5c, which I got in March 2014, using AT&T next 24 month plan.
Can I trade my phone in and get a new 6s, while paying the same price monthly, and not having to pay the remainder of the cost left on my 5c?
I'm trying to minimize the upfront cost of upgrading, and the AT&T website isn't very clear to me on how that works.

Nope, you need to either make the rest of the payments up to the 24 payment before you can trade it in or wait till March 2016.
