Can I Upgrade to Snow Leopard by downloading it?

Hi! I have a macbook pro running with Leopard, and I want to upgrade, when I click on the apple site it only gives me the option to buy it and getting shipped...is there any way to just download it and get it over with? I really want the mac app store...

If you're near a best buy, apple store, micro center, etc, you can just go there and buy it, as apple does not offer it as a download.

Oh, that sucks...i'm living in Germany and the only place that sells macs only have the complete package, not the upgrade---
