Can I use 2x of this to upgrade my iMac Ram?

Hi guys,
I decided to upgrade my iMac late 2010 Ram. I've been told that I should look for DDR3 1333mhz SODIMM's and I will be fine. The store next to me just have this http://www.memoryamerica.com/kvr1333d3s9-2g.html ( 2GB 1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 SODIMM KINGSTON KVR1333D3S9/2G ).
Will this do? Or should I look for another?
And what about this Non-ECC ? what does it mean ?
