Can I use a Logitech Dinovo Mac Keyboard in Windows (bootcamp and Parallels)?

I am considering purchasing a Logitech diNovo Mac edition. I am using a mac Mini.

Can I use this to access window?

I am planning NOT to purchase the Di Novo Edge, but just the Dinovo Mac edition. Do I need the Edge? I think the DiNovo is Nano RF and not Bluetooth. I think the Edge is BlueTooth,

Can I also use the Logitech V450 Nano laser mouse?

Those should work, the diNovo Edge is now working via Boot Camp.
