basically I was just thinking, I have two power line plugs that I don't use, one of whom is actually plugged in in the lounge. I used to use them to fire internet into the bedroom but the tv company rewired it and stuck in an extender running from their ethernet in the bedroom so the power line box is doing nothing.
I have one ethernet cable that comes from the router and comes out by the tv, which used to go into the power line box. I keep changing my mind whether to have it plugged into the smart tv as I do most of my tv watching online, or my ps4 so it downloads faster.
the power line box has 3 or 4 ethernet sockets on it.
if I plug the ethernet cable into one of them, then get two short ethernet cables and plug them into the other sockets and attach to the tv and ps4, would that all work?
