Hey guys!
Virgin Mobile is releasing a contract-free Novatel MiFi on Monday, and it allows you to use a pay-as-you-go method for data.
I'm going away on a short trip for an ad meeting on Monday night, and could *really* use this.
However, the device itself from Virgin is $150. A guy I know is offering to sell me his for $75. Thing is, his is the Sprint-branded model that he got from a contract. Since Virgin uses the Sprint network, I'd *imagine* that I could use the prepaid cards (or pay-as-you-go) from Virgin on the Sprint MiFi.
Can anyone confirm that? Or tell me why I might be gravely mistaken?
Many thanks!
