Can I use Backup from Previous Version? 4.0.1 backup with 4.1?

Can I use my 4.0.1 backup just fine after i have upgraded to 4.1?
 
Yeah I have a previous backup and yeah it worked. Installing all my stuff now, bah takes forever :p

oh and I guess its 4.0.2 not 4.1
