Can I use both Education discount and Black Friday discount?

Can I use both Education discount ($100) and Black Friday discount ($101)?

I called apple a couple of months ago to ask if I could use my student discount and government employee discount at the same time and they said it couldn't be done even though I am qualified for both. No where on either the student discount page or government discount page does it say that it can't be combined with any other offer though so I'm still a little upset that they wont let me do it.
