Can I use homeplugs with AEBS?

So my set up would be wireless rmodem/router to homeplug 200mbps then homeplug to AEBS then printer and 2 x USB external 3.5" HDD.

Can i do this ok if turn off wireless router and just use wifi from airport?

Will the homeplugs slow me?

Will the external HDDs be good enough for media play back on wifi MBA? Will just get 64gb so will need to store iPhoto and iTunes library as well as movies on AEBS attached HDD..

Is TM ok for the other external HDD wirelessly?
