Can I use HomePod for music streaming from my iPhone without a WiFi network?

I want to setup a HomePod in my workplace to have relaxing music playing during the day, I’ll be streaming the music from my iPhone, I don’t have a WiFi network or a router at work, how can I stream music from my iPhone X to the HomePod at work? Or is that not possible? (HomePod requires a WiFi network to be able to play any type of music?)

You need wifi.

Bluetooth is only used during setup.....at least so far.
All music/Siri/control is via Wifi connection.
